Ric McCormick

Ric McCormick has worked for Jim Russell as a senior
instructor since 1992.
...
Ric began at Russell in Formula Fords and competed in the
Formula Russell championships at Laguna Seca Raceway.
Ric then moved quickly into Firestone Firehawk for a couple
of seasons before spending a couple more seasons in the
high horsepower Trans Am series with Rocketsports
Racing. Ric has become the Russell school most
experienced instructor with NASCAR cup cars and has
worked many times as personal coach to NASCAR's Bill
Elliot here at Infineon Raceway.

Ric's most recent professional racing has been in competing
in Sprint Cars, driving a 900+ hp winged Sprint Car in the
Gold State Series in California.
